Wednesdays will normally be my weigh in day but I was late on this post. I am addicted to weighing myself daily and I am trying to break that habit this time around. I have made a vow not to step on the scale until Wednesday each week so I do not become discouraged and to keep myself on track. I know I tend to eat more when I have eaten bad the day before and weigh, seeing that I have not gained. Hopefully this new mindset will help me out.
