Welcome to my Weight loss Blog


I have been blogging about my family life for a while now but decided that not everyone in the world cares to know about my weight loss journey. This is my public vow to eat healthier, exercise more and learn to love my body. I have already come a long way considering I was over 200 pounds after I had my last baby 2 years ago. After getting serious about losing weight I ended up losing 68 pounds but have noticed recently that I have put 10 of those back on. The excuses are unending but the excuse that led to this blog title was "If I had a gym membership, I would lose the weight!" Then I realized that I can have my own gym at home with "No Enrollment Fees!", what a novel idea!?!
